Honey Ginger Salmon & Japanese Noodles

I've been having a lot of fun using these Vegetable Yakisoba stir fry noodles. I bought the box at Costco in the frozen veggie section. You get 6 individually wrapped packages of the noodles & Vegetables in the box. Yakisoba is a classic Japanese noodle dish with a salty, sweet and sour sauce. Made in one-pan, this recipe is so easy to make.

Each package comes with the noodles, snow peas, broccoli, red peppers, mushrooms, water chestnuts and more. It can be microwaved but the best way to enjoy it is the stovetop method.

Just take one cup of water and boil it in a skillet. Then just lay down the noodles veggie side down.

Tonight I added in a handful of frozen spinach.

Then I just took one piece of Salmon and brushed it with honey, orange sauce, soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds and a little sweet chili sauce.

Made the same thing the other night but instead of the salmon, I threw in a cup of plain diced cooked chicken.
